Shipping within Germany:
(approx. 2-5 working days)
Climate neutral standard shipping with DHL go green flat rate per order: 3,90€.
Shipping EU:
(approx. 7-10 working days)
Standard shipping cost: 13,99€
All orders are usually shipped within 2-4 working days from the date of order, unless a different period is specified. During promotional periods/sales or the run-up to Christmas, delivery times may be delayed.
Our products are shipped after receipt of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at the completion of the purchase process.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. The delivery time to other countries depends on the respective receiving country.
We always ship with DHL go green, climate neutral shipping.
All shipments receive a tracking number and are packed without plastic. (paper tape, packing paper, cardboard etc.).

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For customers outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes and/or other fees may apply, which we unfortunately cannot assume. The fees always depend on the content of the package or the value of the goods and can vary accordingly.
Notes on returns
If you are not satisfied with an order, you can return it to us within 14 days. The goods must be unworn, in their original packaging and the labels must not have been removed. The return should be identified as being from you - either by your name or the order number. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

After the 14 day period has expired, we regret that we can no longer issue a refund or exchange.
