Refund policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Snow White Mini, c/o Hoang, Irma-Uhrbach-Straße 3, 81739 Munich, e-mail: info@snowwhite-mini.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

In any case, the goods must be unused and returned together with the labels in the original packaging. Removing labels and hygiene stickers (e.g. on swimwear) voids any right of return! Items that have already been washed or worn and hygiene products (e.g. dummies) are excluded from the right of withdrawal! Goods packed in product boxes must also be returned in these boxes.

Customers are requested to return the goods to us as a prepaid parcel and to keep the proof of posting. The customer bears the postage costs for the return shipment. If the goods do not have sufficient postage, they will not be accepted.

Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.

You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods and proof thereof or for us with the receipt of the goods.

Important remarks

Have you received damaged goods? Please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
Please ensure that you provide the correct address when placing your order. Snow White Mini is not responsible should your goods be delivered to an incorrect address.
Our goods promise a long life if cared for correctly - Snow White Mini is not responsible for damage due to incorrect care or washing.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the items.
After this period has expired, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges.

Refunds can only be made if the returned item(s) and original packaging are complete and unused/unopened/unworn.

Upon receipt of your return, you will be notified by email. This email will inform you of the refund/part refund decision.

Upon receipt of the return, you will be refunded within 7 working days via the payment method you used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are generally not refundable.



Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to § 312g paragraph 2 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB),

Contracts for the delivery of sealed, packaged goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. dummies, swimwear and underwear) if their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).
